What is your primary specialty?

We offer Custom Fitness Programs for people between the ages of 35 and 75. Our programs include: Personal Training, Boot Camps, Pilates, Yoga, Corrective Exercise Therapy and Nutrition programs.

I have not exercised in a long time, do you have programs for me?

Yes, our programs are perfectly suited for beginners, we have a three-step sytem that we us to progress our clients. Step one correct basic alignment and function, Step two improve posture, core strength and flexibility, step three improve strength, power, coordination, agility and balance.

I suffer from back, neck and joint pain, can you help me?

Yes, in most cases we can help, we have specific systems in place that address muscular imbalances and restore function.

I am an elite athlete do you have programs that will work for me?

Yes, we routinely work with elite golfers, tennis players and other athletes.

Do you offer a nutrition plan?

We offer a comprehensive nutrition plan with every consultation

Do you have personal trainers that work for you?

Yes, I have a staff of professional Personal Trainers that represent Adam’s Personal Training, our Trainers are highly trained and skilled practitioners.

Who is your typical client and what is the average age?

Our clients are typically business professionals and retirees ranging in age from 35 — 75.

Hours of operation

We are open Monday-Friday we begin training as early as 5:00am and finish as late as 7:30pm

Should I be in shape before I hire a personal trainer?

The answer is no, as a matter of fact you will see more results faster and you are more likely to stick to the program if you start with a qualifed and certified personal trainer.

What does a personal trainer do?

I can’t speak for all personal trainers but bottom line, my job as your personal trainer is to minimize your risk of injury and to maximize your results.

What is the purpose of the consultation?

First and foremost to determine if our programs fit your needs. During the consultation we discuss your wants, needs, goals, exercise history, medical history, programs, availability and rates. This is also an opportunity to determine if were are compatible, we do not accept all prospective clients

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions for personal training is based on your specific goals, the amount of time needed to accomplish your goals and your budget.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes… we do have an immaculate, fully equipped shower and dressing room area in our personal training studio.

Can I train with a partner?

Group Personal Training is highly recommended, this is a good way to reduce individual cost per person.

How soon can I expect to see results?

A properly designed and executed corrective exercise program will produce immediate results.

Why should I hire you?

I could give you some cheesy canned answer like I am the best or promise you results to convince you that you need me. The reality is that all Personal Trainers think they are the best. The best Personal Trainer for you, will give you the best value for your time, effort and money.

Do you work on Saturday or Sunday?

We currently do not offer personal training or Group Fitness Classes on Saturday or Sunday
