Programs

We respect the fact that we all have different interests, regardless of our age and that our programs can be adapted respecting those interests. We generally use a three stage body conditioning system that is designed to methodically progress a de-conditioned person from beginning stages of out of shape, to in-shape, to super fit. In all cases we consider individual situations and requirements.

Posture Therapy

Level one, of our three-step-system is to improve basic alignment and function, by doing so we restore optimal muscle balance and length, activate latent muscles, decrease pain and restore joint range of motion. This prepares the body for the rigorous demands of level two.

Body Conditioning

Level two, seeks to improve flexibility, core strength, posture and muscle tone without adding bulk. Our clients regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health. Level two will give you the ability to perform any task better. Improve performance for any sport including: golf, tennis, cycling, running, football, baseball, basketball etc. In most cases it is not necessary to progress beyond level two. Level two prepares the body for the extreme demands of level three.

Fitness

Level three, is our most challenging fitness program and will handsomely reward those willing to put forth the effort. Our goal is optimize performance in each of the ten general physical skills. Both level one and two both prepare the body for level three

What Is A Session Like?

  • Our classes are 60 min and consist two components: Warm up, skill practice, movement prep & stretching, followed by THE WORKOUT.
  • We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results.
  • You’ll be challenged with athletic, functional exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Don’t worry, if you’re just getting yourself back into shape and think that it could be too hard.

  • All our workouts are “scalable” based on your level.
  • We regularly make adjustments in the number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the distance so that everyone can participate!

We are a full service Pilates and Personal training studio, if you are looking to try: Pilates, Yoga, The Egoscue Method, Russian Kettlebells, Medicine Ball Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics or any other technique normally reserved for Collegiate, Olympic, or Professional athletes, this is the place. We incorporate all of this and more into our classes and workouts.
