I don’t know how to even begin to say how grateful I am for everything you have done for me. I still remember the first day I met you. It was the first time someone had really started to see past my surface BS so immediately. I’m pretty guarded and this was scary for me, but I came back because I had the feeling you were the right trainer for me. I’m so glad I did.

After the first class I was hooked. The workout Adam gave us was one of the most intense I’d ever done, but was also scalable so that regardless of your fitness level you could still keep up. For the next month I was excited and fearful of each workout. Fearful because I knew that I would be pushed to my limits and excited because I knew that I would pull through and come out a stronger man. Through the course of the Boot Camp I could feel my body getting stronger, I was learning a ton of new techniques to put into my own workouts when on the road for business, and the variance of the workouts kept things interesting and never repetitive.
I’ve loved Adam’s program, so much that I signed up for the next Boot Camp as soon as I could. His experience and the knowledge of his staff is incomparable to anything else I’ve experienced. I played golf for the first time in a few months and was surprised when my good golfing pal could out drive me by 30 to 40 yards. We used to be about even and generally I was a little longer than him. I had scheduled a week of exercises and e-cises with Adam and decided to ask him to focus on getting me back my power.
I played golf in a scramble with my good golfing pal and two other gentlemen. I had not swung a club since the previous Sunday and had only taken the exercises and e-cises from Adam. If you want things that are more fun than just traditional gym workouts, try Adam’s kettlebell workouts, boxing practice, and orienteering classes.
